Sollys Shed is a privately owned addition to the community to support the growing number of regional artists of all persuasions.

Sollys Shed is located in the stunning town of Watervale and is a space that provides a friendly upbeat space  for artists of all persuasions to come together and collaborate with other artisans to promote the regions beauty through their artwork.

Sollys Shed is a community hub for artists to work together, share ideas, learn from each other, and build a supportive community network. It is also a unique gallery space that suits all mediums of visual art. The gallery is available for hire at reasonable rates for individual and collaborative exhibitions and has recently added a new workspace for pottery artists and teachers to share. We are working to provide access to wheels, kilns, clay and glazes and are growing a range of supplies and basic equipment for potters. Themed exhibitions create an engaging sensation for the visitor as the theme guides the overall experience.

Outside of exhibition times the gallery is open by appointment to visitors every Friday to Sunday and you can simply register your interest in attending via our email address or event page.

We currently have 4 resident artists that exhibit their own works and we invite writers, photographers, potters, sculptors of stone, metal and wood and textile designers to reach out to us for assistance in selling their art or to simply getting together with other artists.
